\nSimas & Associates, Ltd. is a boutique California law firm focused on administrative, regulatory, health care, employment, and government law. We’re looking for an experienced Litigation Attorney who wants more than another traditional law firm role.
\n \nThis is an opportunity for an attorney who is confident managing complex matters, enjoys having autonomy, and wants to play a meaningful role in the continued growth of a respected statewide practice.

\nAn established practice area or book of business is a plus, but not required.
\n \nThe Opportunity
\nSalary: $175,000–$225,000, based on experience
\nBonus: Quarterly performance bonus opportunities
\nGrowth: Advancement and path-to-partnership opportunities
\nLocation: Remote/hybrid within California or San Luis Obispo headquarters
\nSchedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday
