* Patient communication skills: Confidence and professionalism in conducting patient screening calls, including navigating challenging interactions with American patients.
* Medical experience: Familiarity with healthcare workflows and the needs of a specialty medical practice.
* Technology proficiency: Experience with virtual practice operations and comfort using AI tools to improve efficiency.
* Marketing and practice growth: Ability to help spearhead our social media presence, build awareness and trust in the practice, and support outreach to referring physicians.
* Candidates in North and South America with a prior medical practice experience in the U.S and Canada are strongly preferred for this role.
