Our excellent enterprise client seeks a Project Manager – IT – Mastery for a 9 month+ W2 Hybrid contract in Springfield, MA. As the IT PM you will be supporting a product development initiative focused on Testing, QA Data, Environment Management, and Data Management.

MUST BE ABLE TO WORK ON OUR W2. NO AGENCIES.

The project supports Life & Annuities products, including areas such as Administration, Underwriting, and Delivery.

Seeking a strong Project Manager who can drive roadmaps, prioritization, project plans, milestones, dependencies, and execution across short- and long-term initiatives.

Strong understanding of system integrations and testing environments is important, along with the ability to understand and improve project/process practices.

The role will work closely with a QA team offshore, while maintaining primary collaboration with the Springfield office.

A 13-week assessment in conjunction with an assessment consultant is part of the project, requiring strong planning, tracking, stakeholder coordination, and execution.

The Team

You will partner closely with business leaders, operational teams, product teams, technology partners, and stakeholders across the organization to identify opportunities for improvement, implement solutions, and drive adoption of new ways of working. This role helps ensure that strategic and operational initiatives are delivered consistently, efficiently, and with clear accountability.

Skills:

The Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
\n
• 5+ years of project management, process improvement, operations, business transformation, or related experience.
\n
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
\n
• Proven ability to manage project plans, action registers, timelines, and deliverables.
\n
• Strong facilitation, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
\n
• Experience creating executive-level reporting, dashboards and status communications.
\n

The Ideal Qualifications

• PMP, CAPM, Lean, Lean Six Sigma, Agile, or equivalent certification.
\n
• Experience leading operational excellence, process improvement, or business transformation initiatives.
\n
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
\n
• Ability to drive accountability and results in a matrixed environment without direct authority.
\n
• Experience utilizing project management and reporting tools to track execution and performance.
\n
• Financial Services, Insurance, Operations, or Technology industry experience.
\n
