Shift Hours are typically Monday - Thursday 3:30am - 2pm, and frequent overtime on Fridays and some Saturdays (50+ hours a week)- Will need to be flexible for business nee ds .  Salaried exempt position.

You will be overseeing :

• Direct Reports 15-18 average
• Focused on fiber lasers, roll formers, & robotic welders

• Safety Leadership: Promote and enforce all safety policies and practices. Drive participation in safety programs, observations, and reporting.
• Staffing & Capacity Management: Maintain a flexible, cross-trained workforce to meet production demands. Oversee training plans and progress.
• Continuous Improvement: Lead initiatives using lean tools such as 5S, standard work, mistake-proofing, and kaizen to improve safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Team Development & Coaching: Ensure team members have essential skills and provide coaching to foster growth and engagement.
• Financial Management: Monitor labor, material variances, factory burden, and overtime. Support budgeting and capital expenditure planning.
• Supervisor Standard Work: Conduct daily huddles, coordinate production schedules, audit labor reporting, approve payroll, and maintain performance boards.

• Minimum 2 years in a leadership role and 5 years of manufacturing experience .
• Associate Degree in Production Management or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Knowledge of ISO 9001-2015 and ISO 14001-2015 standards.
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles .
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
