About the Role As a CNC Laser Technician, you will play a critical role in our production facility by transforming raw materials into high-precision components. You will leverage your expertise in laser programming and material handling to ensure every project meets rigorous quality standards and delivery timelines. Responsibilities Program and operate advanced laser cutting systems to execute complex metal fabrication tasks. Interpret technical blueprints and Bills of Materials (BOMs) to ensure absolute precision in part production. Perform efficient machine setups for various steel gauges to optimize throughput. Utilize industrial forklifts to safely transport materials and manage inventory flow on the shop floor. Conduct thorough quality inspections to verify that finished parts adhere to exact design specifications. Maintain a high-performance work environment by prioritizing safety protocols and operational efficiency. Qualifications Required Skills Proven experience operating CNC laser equipment in a manufacturing environment. Strong ability to read and interpret complex engineering blueprints and BOMs. Proficiency in operating forklifts safely within a warehouse setting. Physical capability to lift up to 60 pounds regularly. Solid foundational skills in reading, writing, and mathematical documentation. Preferred Skills Prior experience with metal fabrication or heavy industrial machinery. Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement.
