U.S. Xpress is excited to offer a high-earning dedicated driving opportunity that gets you home weekly. This role is ideal for drivers who like staying active on the job as it involves live unloads completed box-by-box using rollers. To make sure your efforts are rewarded, we are offering an industry-leading pay package of $0.73–$0.76 CPM and additional pay per unload. We're looking for professionals with strong customer service skills, as you'll represent our company at each delivery and ensure a smooth, positive experience for our customers. Your role is essential to keeping shelves full and customers taken care of, and with 24/7 support behind you, you'll always have the backup you need on the road. Pay:

• $2,500 Sign-On Bonus
• $0.73 - $0.76 per mile
• All in Pay: $1.89 (CPM + accessorial pay)
• Average $1,725 per week
• Top Earners average $2,500+ per week

Qualifications:

• Must have Class A License (CDL A) & 21 years or older. Must have 3 months of verifiable experience.
• Drivers can earn trip pay based on a calculation of dispatched miles that ranges from $.73 to $.76 cpm depending on route and experience.
• No more than 1 CMV on-road preventable accident in the last 2 years. No major CMV preventable accidents in the last 5 years.
• No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years.
• No DUI/DWI within the past 5 years, or 10 years if the offense occurred while holding a CDL.
• Must be able to pass a DOT physical and drug test. No drug related conviction within the past 5 years, or 10 years if the offense occurred while holding a CDL. No positive/refused tests in the past 10 years with CDL-A/CLP.
• SAP drivers are not eligible for hire.
